⚖️ Usage & Compliance Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of the Fluxy.One trust mark, all deployments must strictly adhere to the following rules:

Authorized Deployment: Badges may only be displayed by active platform users of DPP by Fluxy.One, ZeroBox by Fluxy.One, or organizations with an active contract/LOI signed with SIA Fluxy One (Reg.No.: LV40203559086).
Mandatory Backlink: Any digital deployment of the badge must actively hyperlink to either https://fluxy.one or https://fluxy.one/zero-box.
Media Types: Permitted for use across both digital applications (websites, ecommerce pages) and physical media (product packaging, POS materials).
Strict Styling: Modifying, recoloring, distorting, or altering the text, typography, or proportions of the assets is strictly prohibited.
