12.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the substantive law of the Republic of Latvia.

Dispute Resolution: For EU Consumers: You may file complaints with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC) or EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For Business Users: Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association. Language: English. Seat: Luxembourg.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

13.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIA Fluxy One regarding use of the Website.

13.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13.3. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4. Assignment: You may NOT assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor entity.

13.5. Force Majeure: We are NOT liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages).
